Please note though it is not possible to cancel your membership over the net
as this has to been done in writing
Cancellation Form, (links below) below must be
completed & together with your membership card forwarded to the Qantas
Aircrew Club's Operation Manager.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP
WILL NOT BE STOPPED UNLESS YOU RETURN YOUR CARD
Once we have received the
completed form together with your membership card (or a JP witnessed
Statutory Declaration of its' loss, in the case of a lost card), we can then
process your membership cancellation
We apologise if this process is of an inconvenience,
however the Club has instances
where a member cancels their membership, then retains their card and
continues to use it.
Note: This constitutes professional misconduct and is
reported Qantas and/or subsidiary companies management.
