You MUST Read & AGREE With The Following Important Auction Information
& Instructions
Note: All equipment
offered for auction is used. The equipment offered here has no tangible
use to the Club's administration or its' membership.
To place a bid for a item, simply place a tick (R)
in the small box next to the description of the item and enter a whole
dollar amount (no cents) in the box next to the end of the description. Then
fill-in the personal detail beneath the listed items, agree to these
terms & conditions, by simply place a tick (R)
in the small box and click 'Submit' the bid. For a valid bid,
ALL required items must completed and verifiable.
The wining bid is the highest (whole
dollar) amount offered at time of closure (17:00 Aust aest on stated date). No bids will be accepted below the stated reserve price of the
item. No bids will be accepted after closure time/date (unless no bids where
received prior to close). Current highest bid for each item can be seen on the
Current Auction Bids
page. The winning bid for each item will be confirmed at the closure of the auction.
The member with the highest bid will be
notified by email only and they will have 14 days to finalise
sale (pay and collect) from date of notification.Collection
of item(s) by the wining bidder will be made by mutual agreement. If after 14 days the transaction it not
completed the auction item will be offered to the next highest bidder
(above reserve amount) and
so on till the item is sold, unless other arrangement have been agreed to
prior.
Payment and collection of any item is to be arranged by the purchaser.
All bid information will be retained on file for a minimum period 90
days.
In the event that at the closure of the
auction there are two or more equal highest bids above the reserve those
bidders will be notified of this circumstance by email and the first
bidder that claims and pays for the item within
14 days will secure the item, unless other arrangement
have been agreed to. If no bidder claims and pays for the item it will
be offered to the next highest bid above the stated reserve.
Bids by non-members
will be deemed invalid and removed as soon as possible. In this
event the invalid bid will be removed along with all subsequent
higher bids returning the item’s sale price to the lowest valid bid,
those members effected will be notified of the event. Should an
invalid bid result in a situation deemed unfair and irreversible by
clubs management the item will be removed from sale and relisted at
a later date. Members that have bid on the item will be notified of
this event.
Items which receive no bids, fail to meet
there reserves or are not paid for and collected within the specified
times will be passed in and offered again on subsequent auctions.
Members not honouring their bids at close of the auction maybe
excluded from participating in future auctions.
All items offered are sold ‘as is’. No
warrantees or guarantee are stated or implied.
Items can not be returned or refunded after sale.
